Located at Peterborough Arena at the East of England showground BMF May is Europes largest outdoor motorcycle show attracting 1,000s of visitors, over 350 Trade stands, Bike manufacturers (some offering demo rides), packed arena entertainment including high Octane motorcycle stunt riding from the Inch Perfect Trials Display team (who will also be offering a 'Try out Trials area where the public can get involved and test their own talents) and Moped Enduro racing. New for 2013 we have two additional specialist areas - Vintage and classic area and Adventuring and Overland Touring.The evening entertainment offers 8 live bands (for those camping) and following on the success of last year a booze,blues 'n' bikers real ale and cider area with over 30 real ales and ciders and live blues music. There is a wide choice of other bars and food outlets, a big screen showing films and televised racing and much, much more.
For all those attending the show and who want to take a test ride on the numerous demo bikes that manuacturers will be bringing, please do not forget that it is ESSENTIAL that you bring BOTH parts of your licence in order to meet the required criteria - there can be NO exceptions to this rule.
Show opening times:
DAY VISITORS: Saturday and Sunday 18/19 May gates open at 9am and close at 5pm both days .
CAMPING: Gates open at 14.00 on Friday 17th May and close at 18.00 on Sunday 19th.
No 4-wheeled vehicles allowed on bike campsite.
4-Wheeled vehicle camping is available. Dogs are allowed on the showground but must be kept on a lead.
TICKET INFORMATION
Child: Any child who is under the age of 16 years goes free (must be accompanied by an adult ticket holder).
Senior Citizen: Any man or woman who is over the age 60 years
Camping: Anyone who purchases a weekend camping ticket can gain entry to the show sites from 14:00 on the Friday 17th. Entry will NOT be permitted before this time. Camping tickets allow the purchaser access to the evening entertainment:
Day Tickets: Day tickets to the bmf shows entitle the purchaser access to the show site from 09.00 - 17.00. Day tickets DO NOT entitle the purchaser entry to the evening entertainment.
Caravans: Caravan plots are available (limited numbers) at the BMF May Show and the BMF Tailend show. Access to the sites is from 14:00. Entry will NOT be permitted before this time.
Refunds: Once purchased, tickets CANNOT be exchanged or refunded.
